This page explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

The data controller is Trivia Agency, whose contact details are listed in the Legal notice. You can reach us at any time via the Contact page.

Data we collect

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through our forms.

Quote form: name, email address, phone (optional), chosen services, project description, project link (optional), currency and budget range, desired timeline, language and date of request.

Contact form: name, email address, message, language and date of submission.

Technical data: your IP address is temporarily used to limit form abuse.

Why we use it

To respond to your quote request or message, and to send you an acknowledgement by email.

To prepare a potential contractual relationship, at your request.

To protect the website against spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

Legal basis: your consent, collected via the form checkbox, and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Who has access

Your data is accessible to the Trivia Agency team responsible for handling your request. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email sending: provider names) who act only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your data.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then duration to confirm: e.g. 3 years after last contact. It is then deleted or anonymised.

Transfers outside your country

Some service providers may process data outside the European Union or Tunisia: to be completed based on hosting and service providers. Where this is the case, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.

This website also loads external resources (e.g. Font Awesome icons via cdnjs.cloudflare.com and illustration images): the relevant service then receives your IP address and technical browsing information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us via the Contact pageor at the dedicated email address. We may ask for proof of identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority: the CNIL (France) or the INPDP (Tunisia).

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures: security token on forms, rate limiting, restricted data access.

Cookies

The website does not use any analytics or advertising cookies. Details are presented on the Cookies and trackers page.

Amendments

This policy may change, for example if we add new tools. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
